Features and Applications

Actmix BPP/G is a fluororubber carrier masterbatch of benzyltriphenylphosphonium chloride (BPP), and is an accelerator in the bisphenol curing system of fluororubber. When used in combination with Actmix AF/G, together with magnesium oxide and calcium hydroxide, it forms a curing system for fluororubber with low compression set. The curing speed can be adjusted by modifying the ratio of Actmix AF/G and Actmix BPP/G in the formula. Actmix BPP/G helps to disperse BPP in fluororubber. During processing in an internal mixer, it is recommended to add Actmix BPP/G together with the polymer into the internal mixer. If there is a scorch safety issue in the formula, Actmix BPP/G can be added in the second-stage mixing.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1.2~2.0 phr.
Applications: Profiles of fluororubber such as O-rings, seals, gaskets, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
