Features and Applications

As a crosslinking auxiliary, when used with peroxides, Actmix PL500/G can improve the crosslinking density and tensile strength of vulcanized rubber, reduce compression set, and shorten curing time. It has a plasticizing effect during mixing and a hardening effect after vulcanization. It can be used as a hardening agent for high-hardness products, with approximately 1 degree increase in Shore hardness for every 2 phr added. Actmix PL500/G can improve the crosslinking efficiency of peroxides and reduce the dosage of peroxides.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 2~6 phr in general rubber; 1~2 phr in EVA foam products; 20-60 phr in high-hardness products
Applications: Mainly used for peroxide-cured rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 20KG per carton; 600 kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, with a recommended shelf life of one year.
