Features and Applications

Actmix PL400/G is a peroxide curing auxiliary. It can shorten curing time, reduce the dosage of peroxides, and significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties, wear resistance, solvent resistance and corrosion resistance of products. Actmix PL400/G has a plasticizing effect during mixing, and a hardening effect after curing. It can be used as a hardening agent for high-hardness products: approximately adding 2 phr can increase the hardness by 1 degree (Shore hardness).

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 2~6 phr in general rubber; 1~2 phr in EVA foam products; 20-60 phr in high-hardness products
Applications: Mainly used for peroxide-cured rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 20KG per carton; 600 kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
Disposal: It is recommended to install exhaust ventilation in the working area where chemical additives for rubber processing are used. For further disposal information, please refer to the safety data sheet of Actmix PL400/G.
