Features and Applications

Actmix RK-70 is a common pre-dispersed rubber adhesive. It disperses easily in rubber compounds and does not bloom. As a resorcinol donor, it can form an HRH direct bonding system with methylene donors and white carbon black, exhibiting excellent adhesive strength. It is suitable for chloroprene rubber, with the advantage of scorch safety, and can improve the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber. It can also be used in direct bonding compounds for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber and their blended rubbers.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Usually 2-10 phr
Applications: Tires, conveyor belts, V-belts, round rubber belts, fire hoses, other reinforced hoses, flexible containers, fabric rubber coating.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
