Features and Applications

Actmix DOTG-75GA F140 can accelerate rubber vulcanization in rubber products. It features slow vulcanization initiation, good operational safety, and a relatively slow vulcanization rate, making it suitable for the vulcanization of thick rubber products such as rubber rollers. However, the product is prone to aging and cracking, and has discoloration and staining properties. It is generally not used alone, but often used in combination with thiazole or sulfenamide accelerators to achieve synergistic and secondary promotion effects, which can improve the crosslink density and vulcanization rate, and endow the vulcanizate with good mechanical properties and aging resistance.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-1.5 phr.
Applications: Thick rubber products such as rubber rollers and shoe materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is two years.
