Features and Applications

Actmix PVI-80 mainly prevents rubber compound scorching during rubber vulcanization, can delay the initial vulcanization of natural rubber and diene synthetic rubbers without significantly prolonging the total vulcanization time. When used in combination with sulfenamide or thiazole accelerators, it can improve processing safety without affecting the properties of vulcanized rubber. This product can significantly improve the storage stability of unvulcanized rubber and the safety performance of high-temperature processing, and fully improve the production capacity of equipment. No contact contamination will occur when using this product.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.2-2 phr.
Applications: Natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds, such as tires/conveyor belts, shoe soles, molded and extruded products, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
