Features and Applications

Actmix Si69-50GE F200 is a pre-dispersed rubber coupling agent containing a sulfur carrier. It is commonly used in balanced vulcanization systems. When used in equimolar amounts with sulfur, accelerators and other substances, it keeps the crosslink density of vulcanized rubber in a dynamic constant state, eliminating vulcanization reversion. This system has excellent vulcanization flatness, outstanding heat aging resistance and fatigue resistance, and is particularly suitable for vulcanization of large and thick-walled products. Si69 acts as a sulfur donor in the rubber vulcanization reaction. The vulcanization reversion is compensated by the formation of mono- and disulfide bonds by Si69, allowing the crosslink density to reach a balanced state. In addition, in compounds filled with white carbon black, Si69 not only participates in the crosslinking reaction, but also couples with white carbon black to generate filler-rubber bonds, further improving the physical and process performance of the compound.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-6 phr.
Applications: Suitable for natural rubber products such as tires, shoe soles and rollers, rubber hoses, conveyor belts, V-belts, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags. Net weight of each carton is 20 kg, containing 4 bags of 5 kg vacuum-packed granules, 600 kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is six months.
