Features and Applications

Actmix LHG-80GE F140 is an environmentally friendly low-odor general accelerator. It has excellent dispersibility in rubber compounds, can improve the vulcanization rate of the compounds, and can avoid the phenomenon of blooming in rubber products. Compared with products vulcanized with traditional accelerators, it has faster vulcanization rate and shorter scorch time, will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during the vulcanization process, and the rubber compound vulcanized with LHG-80 has high cross-linking density and good anti-aging effect; it is suitable for high-temperature rapid vulcanization systems, especially for extruded products such as sealing strips.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 2-7 phr.
Applications: Extruded products, such as profiles and sealing strips.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
