Features and Applications

Actmix OBSH-70GE is a common pre-dispersed chemical blowing agent. It disperses easily in rubber compounds, generally releasing N2 and H2O when heated. It is non-toxic, odorless and pollution-free, and is especially suitable for fine and uniform micro-porous foaming. Adding a small amount of blowing activator can effectively lower its foaming temperature. It activates chloroprene rubber and delays vulcanization of other rubbers. It is suitable for light-colored sponge products, and can also be used in combination with other blowing agents such as ADC-70GE, NaHCO3, etc. Reasonable design and matching of foaming speed and vulcanization speed can maximize foaming quality.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1-15 phr.
Application: Suitable for all foamed or cellular rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
