Features and Applications

Actmix 951HDU/EVA is a masterbatch made by mixing unexpanded thermoplastic microspheres with EVA carrier. When heated, its volume can rapidly expand to dozens of times the original volume, making it an excellent physical foaming agent suitable for thermoplastics, rubber and other materials. Adding Actmix 951HDU/EVA to products can reduce the weight of materials, and endow them with excellent properties such as shock absorption, heat insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, improved impact resistance and resilience. Actmix 951HDU/EVA has the advantages of stable performance, non-toxic and odorless, non-flammable, non-corrosive to molds, non-staining to products, no dust flying, easy dispersion, etc., and is suitable for automatic weighing to ensure accurate measurement.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 2-5 phr.
Applications: Can be used for extrusion molding and injection molding of profiles, cables and hoses.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 20KG per carton; 480kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
