Features and Applications

Actmix ACK-75GE is a common pre-dispersed chemical blowing agent, which is easy to disperse in rubber compounds. It can be used for foaming of various rubbers such as CR, EPDM, IIR, NBR (NBR/PVC) and SBR. It is especially suitable for microcellular foaming with uniform fine pores. The powdery blowing agent AC-K has a relatively high foaming temperature (200℃-210℃). Adding a small amount of blowing activator can effectively reduce the foaming temperature of AC-K. This product will not increase the peculiar smell of foamed products.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1-10 phr.
Application: Suitable for all foamed or cellular rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
