Features and Applications

Actmix K4P-80PE is a rubber foaming activator that aids foaming. It is often used with ADC in sponge foaming to lower the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, and also promotes the vulcanization of synthetic rubber. When used, the dosage of accelerators can be reduced to ensure the matching between foaming and vulcanization. The pre-dispersed K4P-80PE solves the problems of powdery urea such as difficult dispersion, low density, easy flying and limited application.

Dosage: Usually 1-6 phr.
Application: Used in sponge foaming compounds such as EPDM and CR, such as sealing strips.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
