Features and Applications

Actmix ADC-70GE is a common pre-dispersed chemical blowing agent, which is easy to disperse in rubber compounds, and can be used for foaming of various rubbers such as CR, EPDM, IIR, NBR (NBR/PVC) and SBR. It is especially suitable for microcellular foaming with uniform fine pores. The powdery blowing agent ADC has a relatively high foaming temperature (200℃-210℃). Adding a small amount of blowing activator can effectively lower the foaming temperature of ADC. This product will not increase the peculiar smell of foamed products.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 1-10 phr.
Applications: Suitable for all foamed or cellular rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, and the recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
