Properties and Applications

Actmix LDU/GE pre-dispersed microsphere blowing agent is a blowing agent that can rapidly expand to dozens of times its own volume when heated to achieve the foaming effect. It has the advantages of stable performance, non-flammable, non-polluting, non-toxic and odorless, non-corrosive to molds and non-staining to products. The expanded microsphere blowing agent is easy to use, used to reduce the density of products and achieve the purpose of lightweighting, and is mainly used for dense rubber of sealing strips and lightweight rubber products and so on. Meanwhile, the pre-dispersed microsphere blowing agent has no dust flying, is easy to weigh and has excellent dispersibility.

Dosage: 2-10phr
Applications: Dense rubber of sealing strips and lightweight rubber products and so on.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 20KG per carton; 480kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place in sealed containers, and the recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
