Features and Applications

Actmix S-70PR is a pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubbers. It disperses easily in rubber compounds, is commonly used in conventional sulfur vulcanization systems to form polysulfide bonds, and has excellent initial fatigue resistance and dynamic and static properties, but poor heat resistance. It can be used in combination with sulfur carrier-containing vulcanizing agents to form an appropriate amount of polysulfide bonds and mono/disulfide bonds, providing good dynamic properties and moderate thermal-oxidative aging resistance. It can also be used as a co-vulcanizing agent for peroxides to improve the physical and mechanical properties of rubber compounds. It is particularly suitable for light-colored rubber products, as its excellent dispersibility prevents brown spots from appearing on the surface of light-colored vulcanizates and reduces product defects.

Dosage: 0.2-4 phr depending on application characteristics
Applications: Rubber products that need to withstand dynamic stress; various soft rubber compounds, and light-colored rubber compounds that must be free of defects.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 750 kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
