Properties and Applications

Actmix ZAT-70GE is a fast, environmentally friendly dithiocarbamate phosphate rubber vulcanization accelerator. It features fast vulcanization speed, high cross-linking degree, good dispersion in rubber compounds and no frosting tendency. Due to its macromolecular structure, it will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during vulcanization. Its vulcanized rubber has good elastic modulus, excellent heat resistance and low compression set. It is generally used in combination with thiuram or thiazole accelerators, and can be used as a vulcanization accelerator for NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR and other rubbers.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1.5-3.5 phr.
Applications: Engineering molded and extruded products, such as rubber hoses, fenders, rubber fenders, sealing strips, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
