Properties and Applications

Actmix DIP-40GE is an ultra-fast xanthate rubber vulcanization accelerator, featuring fast vulcanization speed and good dispersion in rubber compounds. Since there are no aromatic rings and nitrogen elements in its structure, it will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during the vulcanization process. It is generally used in combination with thiuram, thiazole or sulfenamide accelerators. In addition, it contains multiple sulfur atoms in its structure, so it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in the vulcanization reaction. It can be used as an ultra-promoter for natural rubber and latex, styrene-butadiene rubber and latex, and reclaimed rubber. It is mainly used in the manufacture of rubber fabrics, medical and surgical rubber products, rubber shoes, waterproof cloths, self-flowing slurries and rubber products.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-4.0 phr.
Applications: Rubber fabrics, medical and surgical rubber products, rubber shoes, waterproof cloths, self-flowing slurries and rubber products, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
