Features and Applications

Actmix TDEC-75GE F140 is an ultra-ultra-fast dithiocarbamate rubber vulcanization accelerator, which features short scorch time, fast vulcanization speed and has a tendency to scorch. It is generally used in combination with thiazole and thiuram accelerators to achieve activation and secondary promotion effects. A small amount of TDEC in EPDM and IIR can shorten the vulcanization time. In addition, since a large amount of process oil can reduce the vulcanization rate, TDEC is particularly suitable for high-oil soft rubber compounds, such as low-hardness solid EPDM sealing strips or sponge sealing strips.

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0-0.5 phr.
Application: Particularly suitable for high-oil soft rubber compounds, such as low-hardness solid EPDM sealing strips or sponge sealing strips.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
