Features and Applications

Actmix DBTU-80GE is a fast curing accelerator for neoprene rubber, with performance similar to ETU and DETU. It is suitable for low-temperature curing compounds and the products have good physical properties. It also has a curing promoting effect on natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber and ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber. It is also an antiozonant for natural rubber, neoprene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It is non-polluting and discoloration-free.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.3-1.5 phr.
Applications: Mainly used in wires, industrial products, sponge products and so on.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
