Properties and Applications

Actmix MPTD-80GE F140 is an ultra-fast rubber vulcanization accelerator, which is a delayed-action accelerator with fast vulcanization speed. It is generally not used alone, and can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators to reduce its dosage, prevent rubber compound from blooming, improve processing safety of the rubber compound, and provide excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance. This product is non-staining and non-discoloring, easy to disperse in rubber compounds, and is suitable for light-colored and colored products, short-time fast vulcanization molded products, dipped products, fabric rubber coating and so on.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-1.5 phr.
Applications: Suitable for light-colored and colored products, short-time fast vulcanization molded products, dipped products, fabric rubber coating and so on.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
