Features and Applications

Actmix ZMBT-80GE F140 is a thiazole rubber vulcanization accelerator, whose scorch time and vulcanization speed are between MBT and MBTS. It is generally used in combination with dithiocarbamates, thiurams and other accelerators to achieve activation and secondary promotion effects. It is used as the main accelerator in latex together with ZDMC or ZDEC. The latex film vulcanized with ZMBT has high modulus. In addition, good compression deformation resistance can be obtained in foam rubber without increasing vulcanization time.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as rubber hoses, conveyor belts, transmission belts, cable sheaths, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
