Rubber masterbatch MBI-80

Compared with traditional powdered MBI,
Actmix® MBI-80GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material MBI with particle size below 100µm has been screened, so no dust will fly when processed into masterbatch pellets,
avoiding the bitter taste in the mouth caused by inhaling MBI and protecting the health of operators;
As MBI-80 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier,
the activity of MBI is effectively guaranteed;
The masterbatch pellets do not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of MBI in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, so it contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion production,
reducing the reject rate and improving production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with different types of rubber.

E stands for using EPDM as carrier, N stands for using
NBR as carrier, S stands for using SBR as carrier,
