Compared with traditional resorcinol (R),
Actmix® R-80GS F200 has the following advantages:
No dust will be generated when resorcinol is processed into masterbatch pellets,
especially no irritating smoke will be produced during mastication,
which improves the working environment and protects the health of operators;
Masterbatch R-80 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier,
which effectively ensures the activity of resorcinol
and reduces the possibility of oxidation by air;
The masterbatch will not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃,
which improves the dispersion quality of resorcinol in the compound;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, so it contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion production,
reduces the reject rate and improves production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with different rubbers.
