Properties:
EP33-75GE has excellent dispersibility in rubber compounds,
can improve the curing rate of EPDM,
can avoid blooming phenomenon in rubber products
Compared with traditional powdered EG-3,
Actmix®EP33-75GE F140 has the following advantages:
All 100µm of the raw composite accelerator passes through the sieve, and after being processed into masterbatch, no dust will fly, and it will not cause skin allergies, protecting the health of operators;
EP33-75 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of the composite accelerator;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, which solves the defect that the composite accelerator will agglomerate in summer or during long-term storage, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃, improving the dispersion quality of the composite accelerator in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities, will not clog the screen during extrusion products, reduces the reject rate and improves production efficiency;
Has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G- stands for granule, E- stands for using EPDM as carrier,
 F140 represents the filtration micron number and mesh size.
