Rubber masterbatch ADC-75

Compared with traditional powdered ADC,
Actmix® ADC-75GP has the following advantages:
The average particle size of the raw material ADC reaches 6-8μm,
no dust will be generated during processing after being made into masterbatch pellets,
which improves the production environment;
As ADC-75 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier,
thanks to its special formula during processing, the decomposition temperature of ADC is reduced,
which effectively ensures the activity of ADC;
The masterbatch will not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃,
which improves the dispersion quality of ADC in rubber compounds;
The foamed products have fine and uniform pore sizes.
It has excellent compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G stands for granule, P stands for flake,
E stands for using EPDM as the carrier, N stands for using NBR as the carrier,
S stands for using SBR as the carrier, A stands for using ACM as the carrier,
EO stands for using ECO as the carrier.
