Antioxidant 445 for rubber

Properties: Curekind® 445 is white to light gray powder or crystal with small particles. Density: 1.14; Melting point of pure product: 101℃; Solubility: Easily soluble in rubber and various organic solvents, slightly soluble in water and alcohol. Thermal decomposition temperature: 280℃; Volatility: It has high molecular weight and low volatility.
Applications: Curekind® 445 is an efficient, non-toxic, odorless, light-colored aryl secondary amine antioxidant. It has good protective effect against aging caused by light, heat, ozone, flexing and other factors in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and also has a certain passivation effect on variable-valent metals and heavy metals. Curekind® 445 can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants, showing good synergistic effect. This product has low blooming property and slightly discolors under sunlight. Special applications: Chloroprene rubber; medical and daily care latex products, polyurethane foam, carbon black filled polyolefin, rubber wires and cables, polyethers, high-grade lubricants and adhesives, etc.
Usage and dosage: Curekind® 445 is a low-pollution aryl secondary amine antioxidant with good antioxidant performance. The addition amount in rubber is 0.5-3%. When used as a stabilizer for raw rubber, the dosage is 0.5-2%. When the dosage in the compound is 0.5-1%, it can replace 1.5-2% of antioxidants such as Antioxidant D, BHT and RDMB.
