Rubber masterbatch DOTG-75

Compared with traditional powdered DOTG,
Actmix® DOTG-75GA F140 has the following advantages:
The raw material DOTG has been fully screened through 100µm sieve, so no dust will fly when processed into masterbatch pellets,
and it will not cause skin irritation, protecting the health of operators;
As DOTG-75 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier,
the activity of DOTG is effectively guaranteed;
The masterbatch pellets will not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of DOTG in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch pellets are filtered during granulation, containing no impurities,
so they will not clog the screen during extrusion processing,
reducing reject rate and improving production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with various rubbers.

E stands for using EPDM as carrier, N stands for using NBR as carrier,
