Product Description Composition: A mixture of selected saturated and unsaturated high molecular weight zinc fatty acid salts Appearance: Light yellow granules Density: 1.05 g/cm³ (20°C) Ash content: 13.0 ± 1 % (850°C, 2 hours) Melting range: 90-98°C Solubility: Insoluble in water, partially soluble in gasoline and xylene Vulcanized rubber staining property: None Applications As a dispersing and lubricating auxiliary agent CUREKIND50P has excellent physical lubricating effects, which can reduce the viscosity of natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds to facilitate processing. It can improve the dispersibility of fillers and rubber chemicals in the compounds. The compound has high scorch safety, can promote vulcanization, help demold vulcanized products and keep molds clean. It mainly features high extrusion rate of the compound, good dimensional stability and low die swell. It can promote vulcanization, eliminate the need for additional stearic acid and reduce the dosage of zinc oxide. It can shorten mixing time, improve the flow performance of unvulcanized rubber, and has no adverse effect on the adhesion between rubber and metal. It can improve the storage stability of the compound, which is particularly beneficial for direct vulcanization processes. Another feature is that when used in EPDM extruded sealing strips, it can effectively improve the compression set performance.
