Rubber masterbatch ZBPD-80

Carrier types can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also supported.

Compared with traditional liquid ZBPD, Actmix®ZBPD-50GE F500 has the following advantages:
Liquid ZBPD has an unpleasant pungent odor
, after being processed into masterbatch, it only has a slight odor, which improves the production environment;
Masterbatch ZBPD-50 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of ZBPD;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃,
which improves the dispersion quality of ZBPD in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reduces scrap rate and improves production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.
Note: G-stands for granules, P-stands for flakes, E-stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N-stands for using NBR as carrier, S-stands for using SBR as carrier, A-stands for using ACM as carrier,
EO-stands for using ECO as carrier, F140 means the filtration rating and mesh size in micrometers.
