Rubber masterbatch CTP-80

Compared with traditional crystalline CTP, Actmix® CTP-80GE F500 has the following advantages:
All raw materials pass through a 150µm sieve, and no dust will fly after processing into masterbatches,
avoiding the unpleasant odor emitted by CTP and protecting the health of operators;
CTP-80 masterbatches are pre-dispersed with rubber carriers, which effectively ensures the activity of CTP;
The masterbatches do not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has a relatively low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of CTP in rubber compounds;
The masterbatches are filtered during granulation and contain no impurities,
which will not clog the screen during extrusion products, reducing the reject rate,
improving production efficiency; and it has excellent compatibility with different rubbers.
Note: G stands for granules, P stands for flakes, E stands for using EPDM as the carrier,
N stands for using NBR as the carrier, S stands for using SBR as the carrier,
A stands for using ACM as the carrier, EO stands for using ECO as the carrier,
F500 represents the filtration micron rating of the filter screen.
