Function: ZDTP is a fast curing co-accelerator suitable for NR and EPDM.
Main characteristics and applications: ZDTP is mainly used as a curing accelerator for EPDM.
It has the characteristics of no blooming, fast curing speed and low cost.
When used in combination with MBTS or sulfenamide accelerators in NR formulas,
UPC ZDTP greatly improves the reversion resistance of the compound.
ZDTP has no amino group structure and can be used in vulcanization systems that do not produce nitrosamines.
ZDTP does not cause discoloration and has no pollution.
When ZDTP is used to manufacture articles that come into contact with food,
it is necessary to refer to the regulations of Category 4 in BgVV XXI.
There are no regulations for ZDTP in FDA food contact applications.
