Properties: Sulfurflower® accelerator ZDBC (BZ) is a white powder, with a relative density of 1.24g/cm³. It is soluble in carbon disulfide, benzene and chloroform, and insoluble in water. It has stable storage performance.
Applications: It is an ultra-accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. Its activity in dry rubber is higher than that of ZDC. Latex containing this product can be used for one week without premature vulcanization, and it is an excellent activator for thiazole accelerators. This product also acts as an antioxidant in the compounded rubber, which can improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber, does not discolor or stain, and disperses easily. For applications in rubber products that come into contact with food, please refer to the relevant regulations in FDA and BgVV.
