Rubber masterbatch ZBEC-70

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPR/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also supported.

Compared with traditional powdered ZBEC, Actmix® ZBEC-70GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material ZBEC with a particle size of 100µm has been screened, and no dust will be generated during the processing of masterbatch,
which will not cause skin irritation and protect the health of operators;
ZBEC-70 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of ZBEC;
The masterbatch does not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of ZBEC in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reduces the reject rate and improves production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G- stands for granule, P- stands for flake, E- stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N- stands for using NBR as carrier, S- stands for using SBR as carrier, A- stands for using ACM as carrier
