Rubber Accelerator DTDM-80

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also available.

Compared with traditional crystalline DTDM, Actmix® DTDM-80GE F200 has the following advantages:
All raw material DTDM with particle size below 100µm has been sieved, and no dust will be generated during the processing of masterbatch,
which will not cause skin allergies and protect the health of operators;
DTDM-80 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of DTDM;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃,
improves the dispersion quality of DTDM in the compound, and prevents the product from producing white spots;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion production, reduces the reject rate and improves production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G - stands for granules, P - stands for flakes, E - stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N - stands for using NBR as carrier, S - stands for using SBR as carrier, A - stands for using ACM as carrier,
EO - stands for using ECO as carrier, F200 stands for the filtration micron number and filter mesh size.
