Rubber masterbatch DPG-80

nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also supported.

Compared with traditional powdered DPG, Actmix® DPG-80GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material DPG with particle size below 100µm has been screened. After being processed into masterbatch, no dust will fly,
and it will not cause skin irritation, protecting the health of operators;
As DPG-80 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, the activity of DPG is effectively guaranteed;
The masterbatch does not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of DPG in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, so it contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion products production,
reducing the reject rate and improving production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with various rubbers.

Note: G stands for granule, P stands for flake, E stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N stands for using NBR as carrier, S stands for using SBR as carrier,
A stands for using ACM as carrier, EO stands for using ECO as carrier,
F140 stands for filtration and the mesh size in micrometers.
