The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
it also supports nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers.

Compared with traditional powdered ETU, Actmix® ETU-80GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material ETU with particle size below 100µm has been screened. After being processed into masterbatch, no dust will fly,
avoiding the bitter taste in the mouth caused by inhaling ETU dust, protecting the health of operators;
The ETU-80 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of ETU;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of ETU in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion products, reducing the reject rate,
and improving production efficiency; It has good compatibility with different rubbers.
Note: G- stands for granules, P- stands for flakes, E- stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N- stands for using NBR as carrier, S- stands for using SBR as carrier,
A- stands for using ACM as carrier, EO- stands for using ECO as carrier,
F140 stands for the filtration rating and the mesh size in micrometers
