Rubber masterbatch TETD-75

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
it also supports nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers.

Compared with traditional powdered TETD, Actmix® TETD-75GE F200 has the following advantages:
All raw material TETD with a particle size of 100µm has passed the screening. After being processed into masterbatch pellets, no dust will fly,
and it will not cause skin allergies, protecting the health of operators;
The masterbatch TETD-75 is pre-dispersed with a rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of TETD;
The masterbatch pellets do not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has a relatively low Mooney viscosity at lower temperatures such as 50℃,
improving the dispersion quality of TETD in the rubber compound;
The masterbatch pellets are filtered during granulation, containing no impurities,
which will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reducing the reject rate and improving production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different types of rubber.

Notes: G stands for granules, P stands for flakes, E stands for using EPDM as the carrier,
N stands for using NBR as the carrier, S stands for using SBR as the carrier, A stands for using ACM as the carrier,
EO stands for using ECO as the carrier, F140 indicates the filtration micron number and mesh size.
