Rubber masterbatch TBzTD-70

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPDM/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also supported.

Compared with traditional powdered TBzTD, Actmix® TBzTD-70GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material TBzTD with particle size below 100μm has been sieved, and no dust will be generated when processed into masterbatch,
which will not cause skin irritation and protect the health of operators;
Masterbatch TBzTD-75 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of TBzTD;
The masterbatch does not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃,
which improves the dispersion quality of TBzTD in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, free of impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reducing scrap rate and improving production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G- stands for granule, P- stands for flake, E- stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N- stands for using NBR as carrier, S- stands for using SBR as carrier,
A- stands for using ACM as carrier, EO- stands for using ECO as carrier,

F140 represents the filtration rating and the micron number of the filter mesh.
