It can be used both as a vulcanizing agent and an auxiliary curing agent for peroxides. When used as a vulcanizing agent and auxiliary vulcanizing agent in various synthetic rubbers and rubber-plastic blends, HVA-2 can significantly improve crosslinking performance and heat resistance. HVA-2 can also significantly reduce the compression set of rubber compounds, improve the bonding strength between rubber compounds and metal or cord, and prevent scorching during rubber processing. HVA-2 is suitable not only for general rubber products, but also for special large tires and large-sized rubber products. Store in a cool, dry place in the original sealed packaging for 1 year. Compared with traditional powdered HVA-2 vulcanizing agent, Acm PDM-75GE F140 has the following advantages: 1. The raw material HVA-2 has passed 63μm full screening, and after being processed into masterbatches, it will not produce dust flying and will not cause skin allergies, protecting the health of workers. 2. PDM-75 masterbatches are pre-dispersed with rubber carriers, have good stability during long-term storage, and will not decompose under the influence of external conditions. 3. The masterbatches do not agglomerate at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate. 4. It has a relatively low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of HVA-2 vulcanizing agent in rubber compounds and prevents brown spots from appearing on products. 5. The masterbatches are filtered during granulation, contain no impurities, will not clog the screen during extrusion products, reduce the reject rate and improve production efficiency. 6.
