It can improve the dispersion of fillers and rubber chemicals in compounds, endow the compounds with high scorch safety, promote vulcanization, assist in demolding of vulcanized products, and keep molds clean. It is mainly characterized by high extrusion rate, good dimensional stability and low die swell of the compound. It can shorten mixing time, improve the fluidity of unvulcanized rubber, and has no adverse effect on the adhesion between rubber and metal. It can improve the storage stability of the compound, which is particularly beneficial for direct vulcanization processes. Another feature is that when used in EPDM extruded seal strips, it can effectively improve the compression set performance. Usage When used as a white filler activator or carbon black processing dispersing auxiliary agent, CUREKIND 50P should be added together with fillers, and the mixing temperature should reach above the melting point of 95°C.
