Rubber masterbatch ZDEC-75

The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPR/EVM carriers,
nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also supported.

Compared with traditional powdered ZDEC, Actmix® ZDEC-75GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material ZDEC with a particle size of 100µm has been fully screened, and no dust will be generated after processing into masterbatches,
which will not cause skin allergies and protect the health of operators;
ZDEC-75 masterbatch is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of ZDEC;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of ZDEC in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities,
will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reduces the reject rate and improves production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G stands for granules, P stands for flakes, E stands for using EPDM as carrier,
N stands for using NBR as carrier, S stands for using SBR as carrier, A stands for using ACM as carrier,
EO stands for using ECO as carrier, F140 stands for filtration and mesh size in micrometers.
