It is used as a plasticizer and lubricant in the rubber industry, and is particularly suitable for working conditions that require both thermal stability and excellent demolding performance. It plays a peptizing and lubricating role in the rubber plastication process; it is an excellent filler and chemical dispersant. It can improve the plasticity of raw rubber, improve flow performance, increase injection speed and injection volume, make the surface of injection and calendered products such as sealing products and molded sheets smooth and flat, and has no impact on vulcanization characteristics. Usage method It can be mixed on open mixers and internal mixers. It is recommended to add it together with fillers. To prevent sticking to the rolls, it can also be added at the initial stage of mixing, but it must be added slowly in batches during feeding to ensure that slipping and roll stripping do not occur, otherwise mixing will be difficult to carry out. Dosage It is used for various molded and extruded products, especially for AU, CO, ECO and FPM molded and extruded products. It reduces the viscosity of the compound, reduces adhesion to mixing equipment, and helps demold the vulcanized rubber.
