It can be used both as a vulcanizing agent and an auxiliary agent for peroxides. When used as a vulcanizing agent and auxiliary vulcanizing agent in various synthetic rubbers and rubber-plastic blends, HVA-2 can significantly improve crosslinking performance and heat resistance. HVA-2 can also obviously reduce the compression set of rubber compounds, improve the bonding strength between rubber compounds and metal or cord fabric, and prevent scorching during rubber processing. HVA-2 is not only suitable for general rubber products, but also for special large tires and large-sized rubber products. HVA-2 is a sulfur-free vulcanizing agent used in rubber cables. It can replace all sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents such as thiazoles and thiurams, solving the problem of copper wires and copper electrical appliances being contaminated and blackened by copper sulfide generated from contact with sulfur-containing vulcanizing agents. Common Dosage: 0.5-1.0 parts as an anti-scorching agent, 2-3 parts as a vulcanizing agent, 1.5 parts for improving compression set, and 0.5-5.0 parts for improving bonding strength.
