The carrier type can be customized according to customer requirements. In addition to EPR/EVM carriers, nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylate rubber and epichlorohydrin rubber carriers are also supported.

Actmix® MBT-80GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material MBT with a particle size of 100μm has been screened, and no dust will be generated during the processing of masterbatch, which avoids the bitter taste in the mouth caused by inhaling MBT dust and protects the health of operators;
Masterbatch MBT-80 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, which effectively ensures the activity of MBT;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at low temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of MBT in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities, and will not block the screen during extrusion products, reducing the reject rate and improving production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G stands for granules, P stands for flakes, E stands for using EPDM as carrier, N stands for using NBR as carrier,

         S stands for using SBR as carrier, A stands for using ACM as carrier, EO stands for using ECO as carrier,

           F140 represents filtration and the micron number of the filter screen.
