The company constructs an annual output 50 thousand of nylon 66 salt project in Anshan Dadaowan economic development zone.It occupies a land of 120 mu and the total investment is 600 million. It will be brought into operation in the second quarter in 2011.After that time, the production capacity of 1，6-Hexanediamine will achieve 50 thousand tons and nylon 66 crystal salt can be 50 thousand tons per year.

The main facilities of the first-stage project are all imported from France. It adopts the technology of France Rhone-Poulenc. It is the original facilities of 1，6-Hexanediamine and nylon 66 salt of Liaoyang petrochemical company. The equipment has through the production practice test, the technique of production is advanced and the operation is stable. Meanwhile, the company takes Liaoyang petrochemical company as a backing, invites many original engineers. It guarantees the operation safety, steady, long, full and outstanding.

The first phase of the project has the only one set of production facility for nylon 66 crystal salt in the country, the capacity of production is 50 thousand tons per year. The nylon 66 crystal salt product that produced by the original installation has had the honor to win the national quality gold medal. The nylon 66 crystal salt is the primary material of nylon 66 polymers. Compared with the nylon 66 salt solutions, it has advantages of high quality, easy storage, easy transportation, long quality guarantee period and so on. It is more suitable to the downstream polymerization manufacturers.

After transformation for capacity expansion, the production capacity of 1，6-Hexanediamine can be 50 thousand tons per year. According to customers demand, we can supply the purity of 1，6-Hexanediamine≥99.8% and the 1，6-Hexanediamine solution’concentration can be 85%, in order to facilitate the customer to use. 1，6-Hexanediamine is the main raw material to produce nylon 66, nylon 610 and synthesized HDI. At the same time, it is also used as the curing agent、organic cross linking agent of urea resin and epoxy resin, etc.
