CHTC Jiahua Nonwoven Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to HTJH) was founded by China Textile Science & Technology Co., Ltd. which belonged to China Hi-Tech Group Corporation and Xiantao Jiahua Plastic Products Co., Ltd. It’s registered in December, 2011 and located in the beautiful city of Xiantao which is the hinterland of the Jianghan Plain. HTJH has a registered capital of 180 million RMB and its total assets is nearly 750 million RMB by the end of 2014. It covers an area of 127,488 square meters and the construction area is over 80,000 square meters. It currently has a staff of 240 people, including more than 100 people with college degree. The company has passed ISO 9001, ISO 13485 quality management system and got the CE Certification. In the quality testing center, there are more than 20 testing equipment and it has the most advanced testing technology in the same industry in China. At present, there are four PP Spunbond non-woven production lines with an annual output of 12,000 tons, one SMMS production line with the annual output of 8,000 tons and one SSMMS production line with 10,000 tons annual output. In early April of 2014, the new SSS line has been put into production, and the 3200mm Bicomponent SSMMMS RF 4S production line has been put into operation in the end of March, 2015. Besides, two German Monforts finishing treatment production lines will be put into full operation in June 2015. Thus the total output of the company will be up to 56,000 tons per year. The products are widely used as high-level medical and hygienic materials and served for many world’s top 500 companies. HTJH is specialized in the development, production and sale for non-woven rolls and is a leader of the non-woven industry in China.
HTJH will increase an investment of 150 million RMB and another 84 acres of land in the next 5 years to establish another two SSMMMS RF 4S lines, two PE Breathable Film production lines and three Spunlace production lines. After that, the annual sales income will be over two billion RMB. The technical equipment and capacity will be in the leading level in China.
