Hengshui Hengwei Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in June 2009 with a registered capital of 56.8 million yuan. It primarily produces and sells over a hundred products including insecticides, acaricides, and fungicides, while also researching and developing new environmentally friendly pesticide products. The company focuses on foreign trade processing and export, with products mainly exported to regions such as South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, receiving consistent praise from international clients. Every year, a large number of foreign customers visit our company for tours and learning. To further expand the company's development scope, meet the demands of the international market, and create diversified product development opportunities, we continuously pay attention to and fulfill customer needs to pursue the company's ongoing growth. Extensive research and development have been conducted on various formulations, including emulsifiable concentrates, suspension concentrates, aqueous solutions, and water-dispersible granules. The factory is located in the Jizhou District Chemical Industrial Park in Hengshui (northeast of the intersection of Jingsan Road and Weisan Road), covering a total area of 38,000 square meters. It includes 5,000 square meters of workshop space, 5,000 square meters of warehouse space, 2,500 square meters of office building space, and 8,000 square meters of other auxiliary facilities such as sheds. The company currently employs 115 production workers, 18 management personnel, 9 engineering technicians, and 8 quality inspection personnel.
To ensure product quality, the company strictly controls the materials, packaging, and quality of both incoming and outgoing goods, guaranteeing that all materials and finished products meet standards. Our testing equipment includes liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, moisture analyzers, rotary granulators, high-temperature storage ovens, and other devices that meet the company's inspection and testing needs. The factory is equipped with two airflow pulverizers for powder products, four automatic liquid filling lines, and six automatic powder filling lines, all of which are automated. Additional equipment includes automatic filling machines, dryers, cutters, automatic labeling machines, automatic capping machines, fully automatic shrink wrap machines, and automatic packaging machines. Before producing any new product, qualified samples are prepared for each stage of production. These samples are used to conduct layered, step-by-step inspections during the manufacturing process, fostering a sense of responsibility among employees and ensuring both the intrinsic quality of the products and the perfection of the external packaging. While ensuring safe and environmentally friendly production, the company organizes weekly training sessions for employees on safety, environmental protection, and product quality.
To further strengthen the company and promote its healthy development, we have acquired 85 acres of new land in the Yanhuangong Circular Economy Park in Jizhou District, Hengshui. Projects for pesticide formulations and herbicide repackaging are currently under construction, with all preliminary procedures completed.
