Hunan Yubang Magnetic Material CO.,LTD is established in Septermber 2015,which is located on Yanling county of Hunan province with beautiful landscape and outstanding people.The predecessor of our factory is Zhejiang Dongyang JITAI Electronic components factory established in 2008,the company chairman Zhu Jinghua and his lead team after 8 years of hard development,so that the factory products cover almost all series of ferrite magnets.The registered capital of the company is 10 million yuan,covering and area of 16 MU,including 1200 square meters of office building and 6500 square meters of workshop. The accumulative actual investments is over 40 million yuan.There are 85 employees,including 20 technicians and 12 managers. There are 2 master technicians.
Our company is an expert in the production of ferrite magnets, with 15 patents. Ferrite products include isotropic magnet and anisotropic magnet; Opposite radial dry pressing and opposite radial wet pressing. It can produce normal homogeneity regular (wafer and square) and irregular homogeneity dry pressing products. Can produce surface magnetic 2000GS above the opposite gauss wet pressure magnet. Can produce opposite radial dry pressure, wet pressure pole and multipole radial magnetic ring. Annual production of dry pressure, wet pressure conventional magnet more than 3000 tons; The current radial pole and radial multipole magnetic rings can reach 100 tons/month, and it is expected to reach 600 tons/month by September 2022. Products are used in motor, electroacoustic, electrical, culture and education, packaging, health equipment, water pump rotor, daily necessities and other industries.
Our production base of Ndfeb magnet is located in Hengdian, Dongyang, Zhejiang province. We have 80 automatic internal circular slicers. We have perfect production management system, and produce in strict accordance with customer performance and tolerance requirements, with exquisite quality.
