The disc-type pulverized coal distributor has the following advantages:
- High distribution uniformity: The sum of the outlet areas of each branch pipe is close to the area of the inlet channel. When the high-pressure solid-gas flow enters the inner cavity, it will form a strong vortex, which wraps the pulverized coal and distributes it evenly to each branch pipe. The distribution error can be ≤5%.
- Small resistance loss: When the pulverized coal enters the inner cavity of the distributor from the conveying pipeline, due to the sudden increase in volume and the reasonable angle of the specially designed curved surface inside, the equipment resistance is reduced to a reasonable level by using the principles of gas dynamics, and the friction coefficient becomes smaller. The resistance is generally less than 0.5 kPa.
- Stable and reliable conveying: It is made of carbon steel structural parts, with precise processing and high geometric accuracy, and the conical inner cavity has a simple structure. When the pulverized coal flows through the distributor, there is no swirl or pulsation, the pulsation during conveying is small, the injection is stable and reliable, and it can achieve the ideal flow rate for users.
- Low wear and long service life: It has no throat structure, which avoids the throat blockage phenomenon and the decrease of distribution accuracy caused by uneven throat wear. At the same time, the joints between the branch pipes and the main body are built-up with wear-resistant materials, and each pulverized coal branch pipe is lined with wear-resistant ceramics, which reduces wear and prolongs the service life.
