The Xin'anjiang brand series JZJP type Roots water jet vacuum unit is composed of a Roots pump (also known as a mechanical booster pump) as the main pump (including an intermediate pump, which comes in both corrosion-resistant and non-corrosion-resistant types; the corrosion-resistant type achieves excellent anti-corrosion effects after spraying treatment), with a water jet pump serving as the fore pump.
◆ Features
Using an all-plastic horizontal water jet vacuum unit as the fore pump, it can pump corrosive gases. The ultimate vacuum of a single-stage Roots pump can reach 150 Pa, while that of a two-stage Roots pump can reach 25 Pa.
◆ Applications
This unit is widely used in processes such as vacuum drying, vacuum distillation, and vacuum concentration, and finds extensive application in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, papermaking, food, and electronics.
